Executive Director, John Maxwell Team Description: Change is so rapid today that leaders must do much more to stay the course to be successful. To survive and keep their company or their career alive, they must be flexible and ready to adapt. The key is to learn how to leadershift. Each shift can change the individual’s trajectory, setting them up for new and exciting achievements; ultimately strengthening, and sustaining their ability to impact those they lead. This 2021 Leadershift interactive webinar introduces participants to 3 Essential Shifts that will positively enhance professional and personal growth. Participants will leave with strategies and tools to: 1) explore and grow in self-awareness, 2) identify a mindset that helps to fulfill potential, and 3) begin a strength-based growth process. - Understand what it means to “leadershift”
- Explore 4 application questions to become a better “leader-shifter”
- Be able to describe 3 Essential Leader Shifts
- Self-identify if they have a “Fixed” or “Growth” Mindset
- Receive a short Growth Plan tool that integrates their strengths identified in the University of Pennsylvania’s VIA Assessment of Character Strengths (Assessment was part of pre-work)
