We are happy that you have decided to continue your mission and vision as a Certified Well-Being Ambassador (CWBA). It is amazing how quickly time flies and it is once again time to renew your commitment to well-being. We put our full support behind you and your efforts. 

Anyone can become a CWBA. However, you stand out for renewing this commitment. We honor you and can't wait to hear about your journey.

Please note: This is not a funded program. To defray our administrative costs, we are charging a small renewal fee currently $25.00. We appreciate your commitment and dedication to peer support and our programs.

Please verify that you have earned the required 8 hours of continuing education per year.

Please verify that you have attended at least one Community of Practice session each year.

I acknowledge that my certification status may be subject to audit. To maintain certification, I am responsible for ensuring that I am up to date on the above requirements.

We will review your account for compliance with the renewal terms and update your certificate to the new 2-year expiration date. We are excited to continue our partnership in well-being.
