This webinar will address the needs of the Peer Supervisor by providing a framework for effective peer supervision. This workshop will explore types, structure, and content of peer supervision. Participants will gain concrete tools to advance their supervisory skills.

3/27, Session 3- Creating an Effective Peer Supervision Relationship

This webinar/workshop will explore concrete strategies for creating a supervisory relationship that is based on clear expectations and a mutual understanding of what each individual desires and needs from the supervisory relationship. 

4/3, Session 4- Individualized Intensity of Support

By participating in this webinar, Supervisors will learn about and practice applying a population management framework for determining the intensity of support being provided to each person. This framework is grounded in individual choice and preferences, that is informed by each person’s assets, vulnerabilities and life transitions.  Supervisors will be provided with tools and resources to support their peer support team in managing the population they are serving.

4/24, Session 5- Effective Peer Supervision: Putting it Into Practice
