This is a learning series for organizations seeking to launch well-being initiatives within their organizations to increase mental health and well-being awareness. This is an evidence-based workshop. Sessions occur April 7th, 14th, 21st, and 28th. Early Bird Pricing ends March 7th!

A leadership style focused on well-being is transformative and impactful both for the leader and for those they lead. If we want leaders to sustain their capacity to lead, we must include the concepts of well-being as a foundation of leadership. Leaders who prioritize well-being can reduce turnover, increase employee engagement, and boost overall productivity.

Leadership of Well-Being Initiatives is for leaders at any level who want to explore how the concepts of well-being support and promote organizational well-being and enhance the bottom line. The workshop is well-suited for leaders with people management responsibilities seeking increased knowledge and understanding of this subject matter. It provides critical knowledge for leaders in small organizations. Wherever you are in your leadership journey, this training gives you the knowledge and foundation to successfully create cultures of well-being and lead a well-being initiative.  

Approved for Society of Human Resource Managers (SHRM) and Florida Certification Board credit.
