Becoming a Certified Personal Medicine Coach is open to anyone: peer specialists, case managers, therapists, psych rehab staff, ACT teams, inpatient staff, addiction counselors, psychiatric care providers, family members, friends, and individuals in recovery. 

Personal Medicine isn't a pill. It is what we DO to get well and stay well. As a CPMC you can practice your own Personal Medicine and also coach others to discover ways to face and overcome challenges...ways that are unique to you and your client!

Personal Medicine can help in areas such as Anger, Oppression, Effective Communication, Concentration, Negative Thinking, Sleep, Self-Harm, Anxious Feelings, Distressing Voices, Trauma, Worry, and Troublesome Beliefs. You and your clients will discover your own power to feel better and connect with things that bring joy and meaning to your life!

This course takes 11 weeks to complete and involves:

6 coaching calls, weekly e-learning and homework, a one-on-one coaching call, and a final exam
