Healthcare workers are at a high risk for burnout and compassion fatigue! We invite you to discover the power of Wellness Recovery Action Planning (WRAP) in this hybrid training. This course will consist of a self-paced introductory online module that must be completed 4 days prior to the start of a 7-hour, live, virtual training session where you will learn to apply the key principles of WRAP in your life.

WRAP is a simple and powerful process for creating the life and wellness you want. For more than 20 years, people around the world have used WRAP to identify their stressors, support their goals, and transform their lives. However you define “wellness”, WRAP can help you achieve it, step by step, your way, and on your terms.

This training is part of our Certified Well-being Ambassador Series.

PLEASE NOTE: 

• This training is NOT the 2-day Intro to WRAP or Seminar I
• This training requires full virtual participation (with video), including breakout sessions.
• 8 CEUs are available to Peer Specialists and Healthcare Workers.

Other professionals may be eligible to receive CEUs by submitting your certificate to your unique licensing board.
