About the assessment

The Facilitator Self-Assessment Skills Inventory is a practical, reflective assessment designed to help facilitators deepen their self-awareness, strengthen their core competencies, and elevate the quality of their group leadership. 

The assessment introduces a comprehensive skills inventory that explores the key domains of Planning, Problem-Solving, Communicating, Working with Others, Dual Processing, and Self-Awareness. You will have an opportunity to evaluate your performance with honesty and confidence, review the assessment results, and create a domain specific personalized action plan that supports continuous improvement. 

Whether you are new to facilitation or an experienced practitioner, this assessment provides the roadmap of a supportive framework for building self-awareness, enhancing effectiveness, and showing up with greater clarity, presence, and impact in every group you lead. 

While we are conscious of the many demands on your time, we want to plant seeds that you take with you, explore and apply. This assessment and coordinated action planning will be conducted 100% online in the learning management system; there are no required meetings. This offering provides 2 continuing education credits allocated for completing the assessment and creating action plans for self-improvement.
