When Just Getting Through the Day Is Enough

This article talks about the valley of life and how there are good times and there are bad times. This article talks about the societal pressures that people should always be happy and be at the top of their game. Social media plays a big part in that and it can cause individuals to compare their lives to others. According to this article, decreasing exposure to social media can limit the natural tendency to compare life to others and improve ones mental health!
