Hispanic Heritage Month: Latinx/Hispanic Communities And Mental Health

As we continue Hispanic Heritage Awareness month, we would like to bring awareness to the Latinx Population when it comes to Mental Health.

 

According to Mental Health America, in the Latinx Community, mental health and mental illness are often stigmatized topics that result in people suffering in silence. 

 

According to statistics, 18.3% of the U.S. Population is estimated to be Latino or Hispanic.
