The 2022 Annual Report Update, Patterns of and Trends in Substance Use in Florida, provides an overview of substance use trends among youth and adults within and across regions of Florida. This report highlights new substance use data from a number of sources including the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Florida Youth Substance Abuse Survey (FYSAS), Monitoring the Future (MTF) survey, and an update from the Drugs Identified in Deceased Persons by the Florida Medical Examiners Interim Report for 2021.
